  • Items in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging included
  • Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts
  • Sale or final-sale items (if applicable)

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@homelumera.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homelumera.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right immediately — no return shipping required.
