How long does delivery take?
We ship to the United States only. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders — no minimum required.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us at support@homelumera.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed.
